At GJ Fitness For Mums I want you to have a wonderful time no matter which class you choose, however your safety and your baby's safety is the most important, which is why I have set the below terms and conditions for you to follow.

GJ Fitness For Mums requires everyone attending classes to read and sign the Client Health Questionnaire before their first session. The Client Health Questionnaire must be filled out in full, together with all health information relating to your birth and pregnancy, if applicable, along with emergency contact information. If your health changes at any point, or you may suspect you are pregnant, you must inform me as soon as possible. You will find thew Health Form under 'Useful Links'

Booking a Class or Programme:
All classes must be booked in advance via the website booking system. Spaces are limited so classes must be pre booked.
If you wish to book a single session then please notify me 24 hours before the class commences and I will check availability.
Single sessions must be paid by bank transfer before the class commences and no refunds will be given or transferred if you do not attend for whatever reason.

Holiday Schedule and Subscription Adjustment (December):

Please note that some classes will not be running over the holiday period. If you have paid for a subscription during December, you are welcome to attend up to 2 classes per week during the first two weeks of December, subject to class availability.

This adjustment is to ensure you can still make the most of your membership despite the holiday closures.

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, and any unused sessions during December cannot be carried over into the following month.

Class Fees:
Most classes and programmes are booked as part of a course only and paid upfront, in advance of the course commencing.
​
This allows you to book onto the class of your choice in advance of the set amount of weeks per course and your space will be saved in every class.
​
Courses cannot be discounted if you are unable to attend specific dates within the month or miss a class for whatever reason.
​
Fees for missed classes will not be refunded or carried over to subsequent months for whatever reason. This is to ensure the business remains profitable and can continue to run and support the women who attend.
There will be no classes on most bank holidays or half terms and will be streamlined for Easter & Summer Hols/ Christmas unless they are special events advertised on the website. These are in addition to your monthly cost and won't be included unless stated.

Out of your control situations, like force majure or not being able to find a suitable alternative location. No monies will be returned. This also includes any packages or offers which are availabke at the time of booking.

Term Classes:
£32 for a 4 Week term for Circuits and Bootcamp
£29 for a 4 week term for Mum and Baby classes in classes which started in 2022-2023
£31 for a 4 week term for Mum and Baby classes in all classes from 2024

Single Sessions:
Are offered after the start of every month, if there is still space left in the class and at a slightly higher price than a standard class. Please contact me to find out about booking a single session

Every class or programme will have a specific set of guidelines in relation to those who take part and it is your responsibility to check this before you make payment and commit to a class or programme.
Classes can only be attended when the attendee is a minimum of 6 weeks pp and has had an uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery.

Attendees who have had complicated deliveries or lower segment caesareans are recommended to wait until at least 8 weeks pp.
If unsure please discuss with your instructor who will advise.
Some classes/ programmes are not suitable for mums unless postnatally recovered.

All mums are required to be cleared for exercise by their healthcare professional before attending a GJ Fitness For Mums class or programme.

General information:
Whilst at GJ Fitness For Mums we are committed to safeguarding you and your children during all classes your child will remain your sole responsibility and you must ensure the safety of your child. GJ Fitness For Mums does not accept responsibility for any incident or injury involving your child during the class.
​
Mums are expected to wear appropriate workout attire for all classes in particular suitable footwear, failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the class or course.
​
Instructors reserve the right to request discharge documentation from your health professional in the event they are concerned about your ability to exercise.
​
Any person found to be acting in an abusive or threatening manner towards either myself or other mums will be removed permanently from all classes without refund.
