I had my baby back in the summer, and after a rather traumatic birth I was nervous about getting back into exercise and overdoing things too quickly, or feeling intimidated back in the gym. Then I found Genna’s classes. The classes are amazing and have really given me confidence, and a spring in my step again.

Genna is very knowledgeable about tailoring exercises for postpartum mums and can even provide varying levels of difficulty depending on your recovery/confidence. The classes are a great way to meet other mums and provide a safe and comfortable environment for baby to relax while you exercise. However if you need to tend to baby at any time during the class that is also fine. Genna is very good at tailoring an exercise if you have to cuddle baby

I cannot recommend these classes enough and look forward to continuing next term.

Genna is one of the most friendly and enthusiastic people, with a genuine want to help you achieve your goals. I have signed up for her classes after having my baby via c-section and could not feel happier.

She creates a fantastic and safe environment to work out and meet other mums.

I cannot wait to see the results in a few weeks and I already feel better in myself after a few sessions with her!

She gives different intensity options and explains how to do each exercise safely and how to get the most out of it.

She provides so many different toys and mats for babies at different stages so they are entertained and happy while you work out.

Absolutely recommended if you want a fun stress free class with no pressure or judgement 10/10

I started going to Genna's "mums and babies" day time class when my little one was around 10 weeks old. She made me feel so comfortable whilst at classes and welcomed me and my little one like a friend. It wasn't a bother to stop and feed/see to/change my little one either. The little touches at Halloween/Christmas time and even on my 30th birthday (yes I still went to class - its that good!) mean so much and go a long way. I now attend the ladies evening bootcamp class and can say that both classes are brilliant! The exercises in either class work all parts of the body but can be done at your own pace/ability - Genna shows modified movements too if needs be making sure that you feel included and comfortable. Genna herself is bright, bubbly, fun and caring - this really shows through in her classes as they're always fun and upbeat, even down to the music choices! She has always made me feel confident and kept me motivated in classes, as well as being amazing with my little one too! With the atmosphere so energetic and fun, I always leave feeling accomplished and looking forward to the next class. You're a star Genna, and the classes are as fab as you! Thank you
