Service Description
A 45 minute fitness class to help you restore your pelvic floor, core and more! What to expect? I have resistance bands, body weight exercises, mat work and pelvic floor movements to help increase your strength, fitness levels and confidence. We work out to great music with a sensory lights for babies, We start with gentle exercises to help return to fitness safely. There are no burpees either...YES!!! We have low impact movements such as glute bridges, squats and lighter weight hand weights to get us started! Its also a great class for anyone new to exercise All toys and equipment for babies is provided for. We have bouncers, mats, toys and walkers. If you need to see to them mid-workout, that's absolutely fine too! Our classes allow you to attend to your babies needs. If they just needed a cwtch and you feel comfortable The class is recommended for anyone 12 weeks post partum.
